Smythson Midyear Soho Diary

I know it's only the first week of August, but I'm already feeling fall. Every September, I get that back-to-school nostalgia that leaves me jonesing for new pencils and fresh stationery. The Smythson Midyear Soho Diary looks ideal. I love love the fine blue paper, and the layout is brill. Just imagine what I could achieve with the 'to do' page!

Mobile Phones

Update: K800i is the way to go!
Cyber-shot, a 3.2 megapixel digital camera.

Last year, I got a Sony Ericsson K750i. It's great. I love the camera even if I haven't worked out how to load my MP3's on it. Design-wise it's the best. I'm a fan of the chocolate bar style phone. Although I like the look of a clam shell, it's harder to send a discreet text.

My contracts up in a few months, so I'm going to get a new phone. Any suggestions?

Black Pearls

I'm not a big fan of jewelry, but I love pearls. Nothing flatters like a string of pearls. Pick the right shade and it will make your skin look delish. I promise!
At the moment, I'm making do with a short string, but I've got my eye on a three-strand necklace. Tiffany's used to have a gorgeous one in black pearl.

Oliver Peoples Sunglasses

If you, like me, have a freakishly large head, then Oliver Peoples' sunglasses are for you. In recent months, the brand has hit the mainstream, but there's no denying the appeal of their distinctive design. The right pair of sunglasses is better than a full face of make up. Nothing else pulls a look together more quickly. I love Bella Donna, but I'm hankering after a Heroine pair, pictured.
